Parents can help keep their children safe and protect them against kidnappers by attending an Abduction Prevention Seminar, Jan. 15 at 7 p.m. at Laurita Martial Arts Academy at Camelback Crossing Shopping Center, 5115 N. Dysart Road in Litchfield Park.
LITCHFIELD PARK, AZ, December 08, 2009 /Parenting PR News/ -- Parents can help keep their children safe and protect them against kidnappers by attending an Abduction Prevention Seminar, Jan. 15 at 7 p.m. at Laurita Martial Arts Academy at Camelback Crossing Shopping Center, 5115 N. Dysart Road in Litchfield Park.
The seminar is free, but preregistration is required. Parents can enroll their children by calling 623-935-5759, or stopping by the academy.
Topics that will be covered in the free seminar include:

• Common lures kidnappers use to take kids away.
• How to avoid threatening situations.
• How to use your voice and body to prevent an attack.
Laurita Martial Arts Academy offers Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Haidong Gumdo (Sword). They provide classes for children, adults, as well as specialty martial arts-themed birthday parties.
